The Louisville Climate Action Network is a nonprofit dedicated to communicating the problems of and solutions to climate change. The wish to educate the public in hopes of creating a net-zero Louisville. My “Design for Public Issues” classmates and I worked together to create an identity system for LCAN that reflects their friendliness, desire to help, and how easy taking steps towards a smaller carbon footprint can truly be. As part of a smaller group, I assisted in the art direction and creation of a stock illustration library for future use. I also aided in the branding of their future brick-and-mortar location, the EcoDepot, an educational facility for the entire Louisville community.
